We self-perform framing, interior finishing, drywall, and painting—and maintain longstanding relationships with licensed plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and concrete subcontractors to deliver complete projects under one contract.

Every Profix project is assigned a dedicated superintendent who coordinates daily activities, communicates with inspectors, and provides you with weekly progress updates. We use a detailed construction schedule tied to permit milestones so you always know where the project stands. Budget variances are documented and communicated before any change order is executed—no surprises at the end of the job.

Colorado Springs and El Paso County have specific requirements around seismic, snow load, energy efficiency (IECC 2021), and radon mitigation that affect every new construction and major addition project. Our team stays current with code changes and works closely with local plan reviewers to ensure permit approval and inspection compliance at every phase.
